Welcome to eSiksha: Margherita. By accessing or using our mobile application and the associated web panel (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
eSiksha: Margherita is a free educational initiative sponsored by the MLA of the Margherita constituency. Our mission is to provide high-quality education to students at no cost. This is a non-profit effort dedicated to social welfare and educational empowerment.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide high-quality educational material, eSiksha: Margherita makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content.
Third-Party Content: The Platform may include curated content or links to external resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the views, accuracy, or safety of any third-party materials.
No Liability for Content: Under no circumstances shall the Platform owners, administrators, or the sponsoring MLA be held liable for any "errors," "omissions," or "offensive material" found within the educational content. Use of the information provided is strictly at the user's own risk.
Access is intended for students and authorized educational stakeholders.
Unauthorized Users: We reserve the right to remove any user identified as being outside the intended educational demographic without prior notice.
Owner's Discretion: Administrators reserve the absolute right to disable, suspend, or terminate any user account at any time, for any reason, to maintain the integrity of the initiative.
The Platform consists of:
The eSiksha: Margherita Mobile Application.
The associated Web Panel for administration and content management.
Users agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the backend.
Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owners and the MLA involved shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to technical failures or data loss.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of eSiksha: Margherita after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
